s.H.I.E.L.D. leadership program

  S.H.I.E.L.D. Leadership Program was introduced at Oakville Futsal Club in 2022.

While playing futsal develops the athlete technically and tactically,   S.H.I.E.L.D. helps provide a holistic development plan for our athletes by supporting the social and emotional pillars of development.

Athletes have the opportunity to earn all 6 medallions throughout their futsal journey at OFC by showcasing the following qualities: 

Sportsmanship, Heart, Integrity, Enthusiasm, Leadership and Dignity
