Enza has been fully immersed in the soccer world for quite some time. She has been a huge supporter of Eddy throughout his career, having lived and traveled all over the world: from Europe to Asia and many cities in North America.
Enza graduated from Sheridan College and has since held a variety of roles in buying and accounts payable/receivable. She has also been positioned in leading roles in educational settings, as she ran her own day care, working as an Educational Assistant and taught children through Brickz 4 Kidz.
On a more personal note, Enza has taken much pride in raising her two wonderful children, Anthony and Sophia. Throughout their childhood, she enjoyed volunteering at their local school, both in the classroom and library. During her spare time, you will likely find Enza baking, reading legal thrillers, practicing Hatha Yoga and gardening.
At the club, you will get to know her as our Director of Finance & Staffing, as she is in charge of all of our accounting and our amazing employees!
Though Oakville has been home for the past 13 years, Heather grew up in Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto. During her teen years, she developed a love of traveling from her parents and a knack for languages, which led her to living in Mexico, France, Italy and Switzerland on various exchanges.
Prior to having children, Heather had a fulfilling career as a teacher with a focus in Special Education. While busy raising 3 children (Scott, Matthew and Claire,) she enjoyed volunteering and chairing the Parent Involvement Committee on the school council for 3 years. At that point, the club was born in 2015/2016 providing Heather with a new-found way to express herself and share her love of people!
If you have not met Heather, you have probably spoken to or emailed her. As the Director of Programming & Facilities, she is our behind the scenes coordinator making sure that everyone enjoys their experience whether in our programwhile playing or simply visiting our top notch facility!
Nico was born in England and surrounded by football his whole life. His love of the game grew exponentially after attending his very first soccer game, which just so happened to be the 1999 Cup Winners’ Cup Final (Lazio vs Real Mallorca at Villa Park in Birmingham.)
Nico started playing soccer when he was 4 years old and by age 9, he was recognized as Northern Winnipeg’s next top prospect for the regional divisions. Later, he moved to Quebec where he played AA and AAA soccer, winning the regional championship. He moved back to the UK and started playing for a semi-professional club just outside of Bristol at age 17.
Nico then decided to start developing his coaching career, by coaching in multiple clubs within the UK, at grassroots level along with coaching at Juventus Academy Toronto. Over the years, he has earned various coaching certificates and looks forward to continued professional development.
Soccer is Nico's way of expressing himself. He feels he is able to showcase his personality and skills with the ball at his feet. He hopes to provide players with opportunities, experiences and knowledge that will help them succeed and reach their goals.Nico wishes to share in the hopes and dreams of players acknowledging that for each player that may mean something different: playing professionally, meeting new people, enjoying the love of the sport or just getting out of their comfort zone. One thing is apparent, many different things can happen with a ball at your feet!
