EXCITING NEWS @ OFC!

Dear Oakville Futsal Club Members,

We are pleased to announce the recent hiring of Melanie Bradley, to the position of Executive Director. Working closely with the Ownership Group, Melanie will be overseeing the organization and operations of the Club including leagues, training, and other components such as player data analysis. Melanie will start her role effective December 1, 2023.

While working in various soccer organizations within the Peel/Halton regions, Melanie has gained over 10 years of experience working in both the technical and operational departments of community soccer. Most recently, in her role as Executive Director at Brams United Soccer Club (Brampton, ON), Melanie developed strategic and operational plans that led the organization to expand their programming and development opportunities for athletes, coaches, match officials and administrators within soccer. In 2021, they were awarded Club Recognition by Ontario Soccer for diverse and inclusive programming.

In addition to operational leadership, Melanie has served on Ontario Soccer's Anti-Racism, Access, and Equity Committee (2020-Current), served as a Discipline Panel Member with Peel Halton Soccer Association (2019-Current), and worked with Ontario Soccer's Provincial Xcel Program. Through these experiences, Melanie has gained transferrable skills to assist in advancing an organization to meet their targets and provide athletes with a complete development model both on and off the field or court.

“I am excited to meet the dedicated players and families at Oakville Futsal Club; together we all play a large role in growing the game. My goal is to ensure a positive experience while providing a holistic development opportunity for all athletes that come through the clubhouse.” Melanie shares as she eagerly anticipates her new role at OFC.
