Use your own body weight to get those muscles working! Push ups, burpees, crunches, wall sits, tri-cep dips, plank and more.
Our Fit Light technology is the first in the region, tracks movement, impact and times!
With our Fit Light technology, we are able to record your scores and see improvements over time!
Progress reports will be handed to each participant every 10 sessions so you can see where you're improving as well as where work is needed!
